Syngenta is a corporate client of ours here in Greensboro and just completed a massive new construction project as their new North America Crop Protection Headquarters. The project took about two years from start to finish and we were there every quarter to capture the progress of the build. This article features some of the unique images captured along the way and the client now has a full archive of this project for future use.
Syngenta is a global company with headquarters in Switzerland. 30,000 employees, in more than 90 countries, are working to transform how crops are grown and protected. It primarily covers crop protection and seeds for farmers.

Their North America Crop Protection Headquarters has been here in Greensboro for many decades and the team members now are enjoying a brand new office environment. We were introduced to Syngenta as a referral from The Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and has been a wonderful partnership for the last 2+ years.
The initial ground breaking and foundation pouring process began in early 2022 and we then began capturing the build out process in the fall of 2022. 35 North was the selected construction contracting group based out of Durham, NC and they did a wonderful job showing us around each time we visited the site. They provided site updates and also pointed out interesting new features of the architecture and angles to achieve for the photo archiving process.
This building consists of cutting edge technology and materials all throughout. In addition to general office spaces and meeting rooms for its employees, it also has state of art hot and cold research labs, a barista inspired coffee bar/lounge and even an outdoor garden area.
Our last site visit was late January of 2024 and we look forward to capturing all the formal grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies set to take place later this year.
