Micciche Corporate Photography has been a trusted professional studio here in Greensboro, NC since 2004 for all things real estate and corporate photography related. Specializing in commercial and residential real estate and available throughout the Triad area and Triangle area of North Carolina. We assisted AAA Self Storage with a massive photo project a few months back and helped with the image upgrade and rebranding of their 18 locations here in the Triad which include Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Jamestown, Browns Summit and Kernersville to name a few.
We worked closely with the owners of AAA and their marketing agency on a unique shot list in preparation for the shoot so everything went smoothly and ran on time. Each location required the ideal time of day for best sunshine and dynamic angles. The project took place over the course of two weeks and we captured a few locations each day factoring in ideal weather conditions. These are the many steps we take when photographing all types of real estate here in North Carolina.
AAA Self Storage has numerous selling points and I was sure to capture those points of interest for each Triad location. The end goal for these photographs was to help create websites for each property and be able to show updated examples of the exterior and interior.
