Visa and NC A&T University Collaborate

We documented a special event here in Greensboro last month for our newest corporate client, Visa. They hosted a hackathon event for the engineering students of North Carolina A&T University. A hackathon is a design sprint-like event in which computer programmers and others involved in software development, including graphic designers, interface designers, project managers, and others, often including domain experts, collaborate intensively on software projects. ~Wikipedia

This multi day event was held on campus and my goal was to capture the hackathon focus group event. The following evening was a VIP dinner reception at the Proximity Hotel where Visa declared the winning team. I was then back on campus the following day to capture a engineering poster competition for the graduate program at NC A&T.
