I had the pleasure of working with LabCorp last month and documented a two day corporate event and awards banquet for the 2022 Chairman Awards celebration. This event focused on 41 key employees from all over the US and the event was a huge success.
We have served the Triad since 2004 with all types of corporate and commercial photography services and special event coverage is what we do best! This two day event took place at the new Inn at Elon which is a boutique hotel on Elon University campus.
Day one consisted of a cocktail reception followed by a Murder Mystery dinner for a fun team building exercise and allow the 41 awards winners and their significant others to meet and greet.
Day two consisted of a well executed group photo before dinner, a special presentation for each winner and a relaxed reception there after.
In addition to the client receiving the edited folder of images, we also created a 5x7 print order for the 41 winners which consisted of the stage award for each, as well as a group photo to then be placed in a multi panel table top frame as a wonderful keep sake and remembrance of this special occasion.
LabCorp has provided so much value over the years, but especially since the pandemic. They have had an impact on all levels in helping with research and vaccine development and this was one of the first in person gatherings they have had the ability to provide and enjoy as a team.
